Countryside Community Church Adult Ministries
Adult Bible Fellowship Classes Meeting every Sunday morning over a good cup of coffee, 9:00-10:00, for fellowship, prayer, and learning from God's Word. Currently, there are two class options ... FOUNDATIONS Class Fritz Tesarck, Leader/ Teacher Mark Hoeckele, Assistant
Emphasizes the foundational concepts of Christianity in a friendship-building and fellowship group atmosphere. A wide range of topics are covered that are vital in setting the stage for full development in one’s Christian life. Current study: The ABC's of Christian Growth, based on J. Hampton Keathley's book.
HORIZONS Class Randy Dockens, Leader/ Teacher Mike Giello, Assistant
Goes a little deeper in studies of various Bible books and topics, also in a friendship-building and fellowship group atmosphere. Class members gain a good understanding of God’s Word and what it means in their own lives as they continue in their growth to spiritual maturity. Current study: The ten "ologies" of Christian belief (Bibliology, Theology, Christology, etc.) are being reviewed, providing class members with a better understanding of what they believe and why. Class sessions are developed from Greg Herrick's book, An Introduction to Christian Belief: A Layman's Guide. Since all that we do is based on what we really believe, this study has important ramifications for everyday Christian living.
