A Note from the Pastor

We are so glad you have visited with us here on the Countryside Community Church website. We are a newer church family, formed in December of 2004. We really enjoy the closeness of our fellowship. At the same time, we know that God did not call us together to be a closed circle. That's why we're reaching out to connect with you.
What are we like as a church? We are a group of believers - men, women and children of all ages, including both married couples and single adults, and an awesome group of teenagers. We love the Lord and His Word, and love being together ... worshipping, encouraging each other, and helping each other grow ... enjoying the friendships we have in Christ. We also love reaching out together with God's good news of salvation. We consider it a privilege and joy to have non-believers among us at many of our services and other activities ... people still looking for what we have found in Jesus Christ. God's love for everyone is so great, He has made a way for all of us to be forgiven of all our sin and to become members of His own family ... to have a new, abundant life now, and to be absolutely sure of a home in Heaven someday. This wonderful salvation God offers is provided by His grace alone. It is received through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. We are committed to this simple, yet most important message of the gospel ... to making it as clear as we can, and to sharing it with as many people as we can. As a church that wants to be used of God to make a difference in our community and world, we are asking God to bring our way and add to our number, those people He knows we can serve best on His behalf, and those who could serve Him best along with us. Maybe you, or you and the others in your family, are among those people. If so, just know that we can't wait to meet you! I'm already looking forward to all that God has in store for us together. You might not be among those people. Either way, we would be so pleased to have you visit with us in person some Sunday, to become acquainted with you and to encourage you in Christ in any way we can.
